Reasonably choose the application method of high-precision imported bearings
It must be recognized that clearance is an important factor for the normal operation of imported bearings. 1. The interference fit of the bearing to the shaft and housing results in reduced clearance;
2. When the bearing is working, the temperature difference between the inner and outer rings causes the clearance to decrease;
3. The materials of manufacture of the shaft and housing have different coefficients of expansion resulting in reduced or increased clearance.
The use experience shows that the suitable working clearance for ball bearings is approximately zero; for the suitable working conditions of roller bearings, a small amount of working clearance should be maintained. In parts that require good support rigidity (such as machine tool spindles), there can also be a certain value of preload.
High-precision bearings refer to imported bearings with high rotational accuracy, high dimension accuracy and small surface roughness. In my country's standards, P4-level bearings and higher than P4-level bearings, such as P2-level bearings are high-precision bearings, which are roughly in line with American standards. ABEC7 is equivalent to ABEC9, and is equivalent to international standards ISOP4 and P2. International standards are recognized and adopted by many countries, such as Japan, Germany and France.
Through precision machining, various types of rolling bearings can meet high-precision requirements, but angular contact ball bearings are mostly used in high-precision imported bearings, and in metal cutting machine tools with high precision and high rigidity requirements For the main shaft, there are many double-row short cylindrical roller bearings, followed by tapered roller bearings.
At present, due to the development of bearing processing technology, the international level of the actual finished product error of precision bearings at all levels is mostly below 1/2 of the standard value. For example, the roundness of imported ball bearings for machine tools is 0.3 μm, while that used in computers is 0.25 μm.
